Wanted a purple heart 💜 tattooed on my hand about the size of a quarter in memory of the baby I had lost. Guy said he normally charges 100 minimum but because I have no "visible" tattoos (I have 13 tats) he'd have to charge me an extra 25 because it's on my hand. What?! You're charging me extra because of the placement? You're joking right.

Also, I love how there’s a gallery in the back where you can just browse the stunning artwork & if you want, purchase. The 1st pic shown is the day I had it done & the 2nd is 3 months healed. I had contacted one of the artists at Cream City about a tattoo I wanted. I never heard anything back. I called Cream City to make sure the artist was still there and are Excepting bookings. The person whom I spoke with said the artist would email me back. It’s been one week since I messaged the artist and still no response. Very poor customer service.

It was not hard at all to make an appointment with Jacob Weber. I followed the directions posted on the website and he got back to me quickly. I also should mention that I was able to ask any questions I needed to leading up to the appointment, and he answered them all so I didn't have to worry. During the tattoo process he made sure to expllain to me what was going on every step of the way. His line work is clean, it didn't hurt anymore than it needed to, and he's very kind. If you want a laid back, clean, and professional experience you should definitely go to Cream City Tattoo! 10/10 would recommend to anybody and everybody.
