Decided to stop in and speak with them about what the work would take and from the first interaction, I knew I would enjoy this place. My fiancé and I showed up for our appointment (made a week in advance) with the owner Chad and were unbelievably disappointed to drive all the way up there for him to not even show up. Another artist took our contact information and what we were looking for from me for both of us since they only allowed one of us in at a time, and still never heard from anyone. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism since we drove 30 miles to get there and were stood up for our appointments and never contacted again.
