Perfect quality for my first two tattoos. Very time efficient and has a great atmosphere. Jackie is AMAZING!!! She was so accommodating at getting tattooing four of us for a last minute walk in on a Saturday. She was painfully detailed in making sure the placement and size and everything was just perfect. Even though there was four of us she never rushed and made it feel like an assembly line of just getting us through. Not to mention she was just a joy to hang out with for hours. This has by far been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Jackie was absolutely amazing in every way possible. I've had a few tattoos done in my life, but I've got to say, the experience here was first class. It really doesn't feel like your walking into a tattoo parlor. Dan Holtan's work is unbelievable! I've gotten 3 from him so far and each one was more impressive than the last. He is meticulous! Takes great pride in his work. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely horrific experience, I will never do business with this place again, Keith is so unbelievably unreliable it sickens me. Had an appointment scheduled on Saturday, I used my last remaining hours of vacation to take off of work for this. The day of the appointment comes and I get a phone call an hour before the appointment (after I already left the house, mind you) that he's "too sick to do my tattoo today" so I go to the shop and get a reschedule date and he's there doing someone else's tattoo!!! We reschedule for a Sunday at noon, and I get frickin stood up. Arrive at the shop and its locked, he's not there, I got no phone call, no email, NOTHING!! I send him an email asking what's up and he lives over an hour away and hasn't even LEFT YET!!!!!! I tell him I can wait an hour or two for him and ask him to reach out when he's on his way. I have not heard since as he has been ignoring my emails. This is the absolute worst experinece I've had with a company, I will continue to tell anyone considering a tattoo here to take their business to Red Wing instead.
