My friend and I went to get our piercings done (him being experienced and me for the 1st time) and I have to say I was very pleased with the experience. FELICIA is a fabulous piercer and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Booked appointment a week out, got there, my artist didn’t show, they couldn’t get me in with anyone else, no apologies, instead one of the artists kinda got rude with me about it. I understand they were not at fault, but I should have gotten a phone call and there was no need for one of the artists to come across rude to me. I drove out to them and my artist didn’t even show. Because of the treatment from one of the artists and my artist not showing, I will not go back nor recommend anyone to them for that reason. Gotta have good customer service guys.

I usually go to the location in the mall, but went here to get matching tattoos with friends from Anthony. I don’t know if the staff was having an off night, but I did not feel welcomed at all. I would never come back here. The lady at the desk was very off putting, arms crossed with no smile like she didn’t want to be there. The culture around tattoo shops can be exclusionary, so it’s really important to me to find shops that are welcoming and this is the opposite of that. The staff were nicer to the cat that sits outside than they were to us. Anthony did a great job though.
