I cannot express enough how happy I am with the work Bree did for me. Not only did we draw up what I wanted together to make sure it was personalized to me but she took the time to make sure everything was perfect and even covered up some old tattoos that the ink had fallen out of. The lettering that she did is absolutely gorgeous. This tattoo means a lot to me and I appreciate the time she took to make sure it was everything I wanted. The shop is very clean and professional! All in all an amazing experience! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This was the most unprofessional place I have ever been. I was told Tony would be the best artist for me. I shared multiple designs I was interested in and said I was open to his artistic interpretation. He stated he wanted me to tell him exactly what the tattoo needs to look like. I explained that I wanted a custom tattoo and would like him to create one in the space that it would fit on my body. He continued stating I needed to tell him exactly what I want. I showed him the photos again and said I wanted something similar to the photos but customized. Then he started to yell about how I wasn’t understanding him. I was patient and asked him to explain. He got very angry and just said “goodbye, I’m done” and stormed off. I know the shop owner heard him and no one addressed it. How can you brag about having a customized tattoo design shop and then yell at customers who ask for one. I would never suggest anyone go here unless you design your own tattoo before going. Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t trust them with needles around my body. Imagine him getting angry during an actual session. Beware of this shop.

Very unhappy with the finish of tattoo asked for coloring and they shaded parts of tattoo even though I previously said no to it so upset can shading be removed I really hate it thought I could trust them to give me what I wanted not what they thought it's my tattoo right
