PLEASE READ BEFORE STOPPING IN-- I ended up being charged $200 for a VERY simple tattoo that the artist RUSHED through (took less than 15 mins total- HUGE red flag) and there's more than one blowout in my tattoo. the line work is also not great. first time i haven't tipped an artist. im either going to need to have another artist try and salvage my tattoo, or have it removed. they charged me more for a super simple piece that they blewout multiple times because they rushed, than i was charged for my entire spine piece. i'm sure if you want a sleeve or anything larger, this could be a great place although i'd worry about the pricing & frankly the quality. but DO NOT go here if you have something even remotely simple planned. i haven't talked to another tattoo artist yet that thinks it's even remotely acceptable to charge that much for something small & simple ESPECIALLY for a tattoo with unsteady line work and multiple blowouts.

I was looking for a tattoo shop with a unique atmosphere and an artist I could trust, and Google led me to GoodFellas. I came in on a Saturday for a walk in, but after talking to Logan we decided I needed to set up an appointment for my intricate design. He referred me to Travis. First off, Logan is a very talented artist, but he was honest and wanted me to have an artist with a bit more experience and expertise with the design I wanted. I appreciate his honesty very much, this just goes to show how trustworthy their shop is. I contacted Travis that same day through his Instagram handle and he was professional and very quick to respond. He was able to schedule me an appointment the following Wednesday. Day of my appointment, Travis made sure everything was right for my tattoo. He cut out his stencil, placed it on my arm, and then made sure the placement was perfect for my liking and his professional liking. His work is spot on, beautifully done. Travis is so genuine and easy to talk to, he’s way better than the artists I’ve seen before. He made me feel comfortable the entire 2 hours and made sure it was turning out like I wanted. GoodFellas is by far the best tattoo shop in KC.

If you want a great tattoo studio that makes you feel super comfortable, then this is the place! I came in from Colorado to get tattooed by Logan. He was so kind when I changed my mind last minute and drew me a completely new tattoo on the spot. My fiancé came with me and Travis hooked him up on the spot as well. Everyone there was so funny and made us feel right at home. We would definitely travel back from CO just to make a stop in here! (Best father-son duo around)

Travis was great! Took my idea and brought it to life. He really takes the time to partner with you to ensure you’re getting the best design possible! Highly recommend!

Travis did my mom's signature on my inside forearm. Beautiful straight lines. Looks just like my mom's. He did it with a thin needle. honestly didnt hurt. I cried. Now whenever I look down, I see my mom. Thank you! Update : This is a pic over a year later of my tat. I did dark purple 💜 ink for fading purposes. Still looks clean. No shaky line work. I ❤️ it so much!

I’ve been getting tattooed from Nash for years. On my eighth tattoo with Nash. Almost all of the work he’s done on me is American traditional, but shop caters to all styles of tattoos. You need to check each artists Instagram to find out how to book with them. Walk ins are always first come first serve, and the fellas are all straight up with you.

Got my first tattoo on a whim. The service was phenomenal and comfortable. Joshua was my artist and he did great. Asking me how I was doing throughout the process. Highly recommend!
