Paige ,one of the employees, did my nose piercing today and a guy that no one knew came in and started taking of his clothes and they handled the situation perfect especially with a minor in the room ,but also they are amazing with tattoos and piercings I recommend them any time they did my nose and ears both amazing!

Went to get a piercing last week, the piercer was sicj and the other was out of town, the owner left and only 2 people manned the store. I was nkt infomed of the piercer being apsent, i drove 30 minutes and was told at the studion no call. I gave them my number and was told i'ed be called and never was.(pt.2 . The lady there said "the other piercer was out daning with another artist. The owner left after 1 appointment. And no kne was watching the front so i had too." I was not offered a discount. A number was written on a sticky note and left on the computer. I was told i would be called and never was. Also the fact i was never told of a cancallation and wasted my time is why i give 1 star.
