walked in with my mom and they didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. it was so rude. the people *outside* the building showed more concern for us. VERY unprofessional and i don’t recommend coming. we even called beforehand. we left after about 10 minutes.

Do not waste your time. There demeanor was unprofessional when I walked-in. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt when we scheduled a time to meet over two weeks later. When the time came, their artist wasn’t even in the studio and I was told he was in Joplin (?) We were all present when you penciled me in and took my phone number.

Went in to get my lip pierced, the lady who pierced it did not know what she was doing had to ask someone else if the clamp was even in the right spot and could not get the ball on. Took at least 10 minutes when it should have only taken less than 2. They also pierced my lip with a nose ring, I had to go to a different shop to get a longer bar and bigger gauged piercing since it was the wrong size. The piercing itself is also at a extreme angle, the outfit is perfect but on the inside of my lip is goes basically right on my actual lip

I love the place. the prices are never bad, it's actually decent. I got three tattoos from them and the most expensive was 200 for my flower on my chest. (The first one is on my back, I can't take a picture of it) I also went to the Halloween flash sale, dragged my dad to get his first tattoo ever. I loved it everything about this place.

While we were there my girlfriend was needing a tattoo fixed that was done at another shop made an appointment with an artist and she is so happy with the job he done fixing her tattoo that we will be going back shortly to get another tattoo!!!

Been trying to get to your studio to do a piercing. Called Wednesday and was told could come in Friday night and the piercer would be there. We drove 30 minutes to go to your shop and you were closed at 5:38 pm on Friday the 13th. Are you serious?? Your shop is a joke if you close early when your hours state 10-7 Tuesday through Saturday. Will not recommend your shop if you can't even be there during your own hours.

Ask for Mandy, I love her. She is an amazing artist with a laid back soul and a great demeanor. She's also super patient with scardy cats like me and she was light handed. I didn't feel like I was undergoing an agonizing process at all. It was so awesome, I kind of regret not getting more tattoos from her looking back on it. Anyways, it was definitely worth the four hour drive. I recommend her to absolutely everyone. You'll get a great experience with an amazing ink job! Went in Saturday the 7th to have an autism tattoo done in honor of my 2 children. I will say Joey did an absolute amazing job on my tat! I told him what I wanted and he nailed it.
