Springfield ink artist was so nice over the phone. They took me in as a walk in that day. It was a small smiley face that I covered up with a flower. Shawn was polite and seems to care about the small details. He however forgot to tell the aftercare spill. I'll definitely come back for my touch up. Thank you!
