I got my dad and early birthday gift. He wanted an old English font on the back of his arms and my dad was loving every bit of it. The tattoo artist(Alex) was very precise on the tattoo and the price for these were not babd at all.

Cliff is an amazing tattoo artist. Best I've seen in a long time!!! This is the tattoo he gave me yesterday. Love it!! It seriously changed my life!!

Horrible customer service from both Cliff and Amanda. After making several attempts to contact them, I finally got a response by commenting on a Facebook post, but even then it took many more attempts to contact them to get make an appointment. I can say they were quick to take the down payment. Before going into the shop, I was told the down payment wasn’t received, luckily I had proof that it was paid. While getting the tattoo, that took over 5 hours, Cliff was more concerned about publicity than his own client he was working on (me). The tattoo came out ok, over priced, and needs a lot of corrections. The bandage was put on halfa$$ and while Amanda was giving aftercare instructions, she kept walking away and I couldn’t hear her. I’d ask her to repeat what she said and she seemed perturbed and yet again walked away while talking. I didn’t want to upset her again so I didn’t bother to ask again what she said. They need to learn better customer service because I will not be returning. There are plenty of other artists in the area that do so much better work and that actually care about their clients. I would never recommend The Underground Tattoo and Gallery. Don’t waste your time or money on them, guys! ADDING THE FOLLOWING IN RESPONSE FROM UNDERGROUND: If it's the furthest thing from the truth, then why are there many reviews from others that have had similar issues? Your hospitalization wasn't mentioned until several days after the last interaction which has nothing to do with my review above. (I am deeply sorry for your hospitalization and I have conveyed that to you). I didn't say that I don't like my tattoo, it just needs a lot of corrections. Lastly, the payment was sent to you days before you finally put me on the schedule, confirmation wasn't asked for, you were going to charge me twice for it. Clint was a pleasure to your work with, he listened to what I wanted and was willing to collaborate. Great guy, unbelievable tattoo work. I look forward to going back, Clint will be doing all of my work in the future. If you're looking for realism, this is your guy.

Cliff Taylor did an amazing job at covering up some tattoos that meant nothing to me and replaced it with something that looks amazing and will mean something to me for the rest of my life. I would recommend him for any of your tattoo work he is amazing.

This place is the biggest joke. I have tried for 6 months to get scheduled. I'll get a text back then silence for days to a week. Message on Facebook and the same happens. Two different times I was told cliff had an opening on certain days..but was never given a time. Then see multiple posts about cancelations. Finally today I get a text saying $400 for a small wrist cover up. The first cover up I had done by him was much bigger and I was only charged $100.i also have $200 left on a gift card...though he claims it's only $100 in his records. Last time I was there I had a different last name..so that's a lie. I see multiple people always commenting that they too have messaged him and don't hear back. Now because I commented the truth on his page and the business page I have been blocked. He also deleted my comment last week about how I've tried for several weeks to get in. I called the shop at one point only to be told to text..I did immediately. Nothing. A week or 2 later called again during business hours and no answer but he's posting on fb. Cliff does awesome work and I was so excited that my husband got the gc for me. Now I'm out $200. I will always recommend people stay away from this place. I get artists are busy, but don't say you have an opening then ignore people that are wanting to get in. I do have screen shots of all the texts as well.

Experienced, talented and safe. Cliff Taylor took an unfinished tattoo of mine and turned it into an awesome piece worth showing off.

I got my Alice in Wonderland tattoo by Gabby. My wife got a tattoo as well but it was pretty bad, but that happens. Newer artists can mess up. I do want to say we went back in after it was done and Gabby took care of her and fixed the tattoo. This place was cool I got a sweet tattoo that I like and so did my wife. If your looking for a good place it is here. They will take care of you.

This place is is a joke. I went to get a small quick tattoo, rhey had multiple tattoo artists and werent that busy, i asked how long it would be and was told as soon as you finish the paperwork ill get you in a seat. Paperwork done and sat for atleast 20 minutes had one guy come up and tell me after he got some food hed tattoo me. Will never go back thank god i left bedore they butchered my skin

Highly recommend Taylor! She did an amazing job on a very sentimental tattoo for me. Studio was super inviting and everyone was very friendly and professional!

I got a few tattoos done by Taylor. She was FABULOUS. She was very kind, very meticulous, and very sanitary. Plus she did EXCELLENT work. Will be back for more!

I’m absolutely IN LOVE with my lion tattoo. Cliff is incredibly talented & exceeded my expectations. He worked with me on the price and design to suit my needs. He got done in a little over two hours, which is nothing compared to how long others said it would take. The atmosphere of the shop was great & the conversation flowed the whole time. Amanda is a gem 💎 I’m a week out and my tattoo is completely healed and BEAUTIFUL! 10/10 will be back for more.
