I tried to get them to downsize a cartilage piercing. They couldn’t figure out the earring, traumatized the new piercing, made it bleed significantly, dropped my earring into my ear, and then never could figure out how to get it in. I had to go to another piercer to put the earring in

The post th eff used to pierce my ear is soo thin that a standard earring will not fit. I have to go somewhere else & have them done. Also there were no stoppers on the table they had me sit on. It sledge out from under me & I was bruised pretty good. Not o one person called

The studio as a whole was very professional, organized, and you can definitely tell they employ artists who love doing what they're doing.
