The hairstylist was rude from the second we walked through the door. She had a "body piercing walk ins today" sign out. So we went to get my sons ears pierced. We walked in and she rudely asked if she can help us instead of welcoming us into the store. We asked about the sign outside and she said there are no piercing today.

I'm new to Glasgow and wanted to find the best place to go get my hair cut and styled. After asking around, everyone told me to go to Lisa at Eternal Beauty Ink! And so I did. In the past, 99% of everyone who cut my hair either did a poor job or messed up my bangs, overall the stylists would never truly do what I asked for. I have thick, naturally curly hair that I rarely ever style or use any hair products on. All these past stylists were clearly used to hair that was styled constantly, so they'd feel free to mess up since I could just "style it" to hide the flaws. But I don't. I came in and explained to Lisa about these past stylists always messing up my hair, and how I rarely style it and prefer to let it fall into its natural curls. I also didn't brush my hair so she could see my natural curls and how it all looks normally, including my bangs that the previous gal messed up. She listened to everything I had to say, and definitely saw what others did wrong. She gave me her recommendations and cut my hair to correct the current flaws and remove all the dead ends, and it all came out so nice! She washed my hair, combed, cut, and styled with mousse (which I gave OK for her to do... it came out adorable!!) All for $20!!! She's the best and I will always go back to her for hair cuts and any possible styling I may want done in the future!!
