Charlie is amazing. Got a rook recently. Many friends and family have got piercings throughout the years from him. Definatly makes you feel at home and comfortable. He was super smooth and did a great job making it a sterile procedure. Hardly felt it. I would definitely go back for any future piercings. It also had a lot less trauma then I had for my helix done at Claire's. This healed so much better and faster with way way less pain. So happy with it!!
