Everyone was very friendly and the vibes were like southern hospitality. Jevon was my artist. He was very personable,caring,friendly and intune to make sure I was comfortable. Let me tell you about Higher Ground Tattoo! I’ve been going to Nick ever since he did my fathers sleeves and his cover ups. He has done 90% of my ink or has had a hand in the concepts. He’s my go to in Vegas and his recommendation to other artist carry weight no matter where I travel! I’ve known nick for about seven years and I am honored to call him family. He is truly passionate about his work and treats each piece he does as more than just a tattoo but simply art he pours his souls into. Though I have not had the pleasure of being tattooed by Jay he has always been a pleasure to see and can be counted on when your getting work done to make you giggle! Then there is Dora. I have a few pieces done by her and I must say it’s been a pleasure and an honor of watching her grow from an apprentice to an artist. Though each time I’ve seen here I’ve made her question my immediate life choices when tattooing my pusheens and random Pokémon tattoos!
