This is a long overdue, but well-deserved review of Rachael and her services. I have a tattoo that was instantly regretted since leaving the tattoo shop. After a few years, I finally searched for a way to remove it. Upon meeting with Rachael, she was so kind and knowledgeable; she instantly put me at ease. She is upfront and straight forward with her pricing and used my reasonable consultation fee towards my first treatment. She talked with me at length about different treatments I could pursue, their costs, and the likelihood of each to provide full removal. I chose her services and could not be happier. Her knowledge of lasers and the tattoo removal industry is evident. While I am not currently a success story of a full removal due to the depth of the ink and having to move out of the area, I will most certainly come back to Undoo Tattoo to continue my journey on my trips back. * I should note that my services were received a few years ago. Rachael has replaced the laser used on me with a more advanced and effective one. I have hope that technological advances and her expertise will result in a full removal for me.

I have had a few treatments at Undoo Tattoo and the results are amazing. Rachel is knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand my fears and expectations. I have since referred several people and they too were not disappointed.

I've been going in to have one of my tribal tattoos removed by Rachael and she's the absolute best of the best at what she does. Her working space is clean and comfortable and she has you in and out super quick. Her prices are very competitive and her laser removal machine is always in good working order. She's an excellent communicator and will always follow up with you should she miss your call. The place is incredibly easy to find (in the Posh salon) and impeccably clean. I have about 2 or 3 more treatments to go and I'll be all buttoned up. Thanks again for everything, Rachael!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their tattoo vanish!

If you are looking for a professional, clean and comfortable place to get your tattoo removed, look no further. Rachael is the best. She is very respectful and very caring about removing your tattoo. She has a fantastic approach to removing tattoos which helps reduce the blotchy white spots that the first place gave me. Her equipment is impeccably maintained, her pricing is very fair and I am completely satisfied with the incredible service and results I have received from her. A definite 5 star two thumbs up experience!

Rachael is so fabulous! I have been going to her since the start of my tattoo removal. 3 out of the 4 tattoos I had are completely gone and the last one I only need a few more treatments! Rachael is very professional and makes the process easy and comfortable. Her place is very nice and clean. After seeing her for a year, I actually moved back to California and I continued to travel back to Nevada just to see her and I still am for that last tattoo... She is that amazing! I definitely recommend her!!!

I've been to two different tattoo removal locations and Undoo Tattoo is by far the best choice. Without even trying, Rachael makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Rachael has removed one of my tattoos and I will have another one removed with her. It's obvious that Rachael loves what she does and enjoys helping people move forward!

I would give more stars if I could! I was a bit nervous and anxious for this appointment, but Rachael was so patient and supportive. She took time to make sure we were going to do exactly what I was hoping and took time out of her busy schedule to make time for my concerns. I had gone over our hour appointment, but she continued to help me through the next hour! She has an artistic eye (she has a background in the arts) and gave great advice to the creative concerns I had about my tattoo. She was so accommodating and pleasant. If you are nervous to get laser removal, go to Rachael!!! You will not regret it, you'll feel so comfortable in a nonjudgemental, professional atmosphere and she truly cares about what she does. Couldn't be happier that I chose Undoo Tattoo!

I have gone to see Rachel three times (so far) to have my tattoo removed and I couldn't imagine going to anyone/anywhere else. She is so kind and concerned with my comfort, very professional, and just a genuinely nice lady to get to know. I hope that anyone considering having a tattoo removed would go to Undo Tattoo!
