Showed up two days in a row for my daughter’s birthday sign still said open even called ahead of time and let them know I was on my way. They said they had an opening both times we get there and they’re not able to do the piercing. They said we’re done for the night at 7:15. We called them at 7 o’clock and they close at 8pm.

I got my tongue and septum done! I can’t wait to come back and do my belly button! I have totally spaced on names but the receptionist was super nice and welcoming and the piercer was so kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the bedside manner (being called bubs warmed my soul)

Just let this horrible place tried to get both my niece ears pierced and the manager said she changed her policy that she couldn't pierce their ears... Horrible customer service.. especially since a day ago someone wrote a review saying their 5 month old got their ears pierced..

I decided to get a piercing with my sister today, in a city I'd never been to and everyone here was so nice. I forgot to ask her name but the lady who pierced us was very nice and explained the whole healing process and made sure to answer all our questions. And when my sister wasnt exactly happy with the placement of the mark she happily changed it with no problem. Its one of my first piercings aside from my nose/ears and she made it so easy and painless. And even as a walk-in the wait was only about 15-20 minutes when i was expecting to get told i would either need an appointment or i would have to wait a few hours. Overall an amazing experience, and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a piercing place.

Every single time I come here, they turn me away either because they feel like closing an HOUR EARLY, they only have 1 piercer or they just lock the door and stare at me trying to open it during business hours . Change your hours or stay open till actual closing time or hire people that aren’t lazy and want to bring business to your business 🤷🏻‍♀️ I refuse to come here

This place was clean and the people were down to business! I got my industrial and septum done and I'd have to say I'd recommend. So far after a few hours there isn't any pain even after the first cleaning. I'll definitely try and update in a few days/weeks/months! Side note, they have great piercing specials!
