Got a floral piece done by Ryan today and I absolutely love it! Everyone at the place is friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend and I will be going back!

Have gotten multiple tattoos with them and Sag does an incredible job. All tattoos have come out great, excellent detail and precision. From setting up the consultation and booking appointments their whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend for any tattoos in the future.

I had a wonderful experience today at Fait Mason. I worked with Sag to get a small piece done on my arm. The process was quick but thorough and I highly recommend everyone to consider this place for your next tattoo!

Absolutely amazing. The customer service, atmosphere, vibe and everything was immaculate from setting up an appointment to getting your tattoo done. Aliana Reyes was an absolute doll and amazing tattoo artist and selt taught my goodness. She took this tattoo concept idea I had for over a decade and made it reality. It's a masterpiece I am honestly speechless. Thank you. Must go to everyone honestly!!! I will be coming back for more!!!

It was my first time there and despite having tattoo services, the whole atmosphere of the shop does NOT feel like your typical intimidating studio! It felt very spa-like and the staff was super relaxing to talk to! I appreciate the hospitality and of course, planning to come again when I've saved up more to get another tattoo from Aliana! It's about a 2 hour drive for me, but still worth it, with anime recommendations on the side too! xD

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Saugan made me feel so comfortable by walking me through the whole process in detail. He was very kind and down to earth. He was quick, yet thorough. He did a wonderful job on my tattoo. He gave me input on the design I presented to him and he tweaked it a bit based on what was best in the long run and it turned out great. It was overall an amazing first tattoo experience!

I got a beautiful tattoo from the tattoo artist Sag and I'm absolutely in love with it! It was my first time getting a tattoo and I felt so reassured the whole time and wasn't nervous one bit because Fait Maison's environment was just so welcoming and calming. If you're in the Jersey area, you need to stop by here!

The place has a great set up - but it’s EXTREMELY pricey - $100 an hour (3 hours minimum ) for hair . Are we in NY?!?!?!! Very pricey ! It’s discouraging to proceed with services when they charge an arm and a leg. I’m sure the stylist knew what she was doing , but the cost of the service should be dependent on the service performed - it is outrageous to have to pay $100 an hour and not know if three hours is sufficient. The stylist mentioned that she worked on someone for 8 hrs- I’m sorry so someone actually paid $800 just to do their hair?!?! People don’t have money to pay rent , yet this place goes by a “gender neutral” policy where services has a set cost irrespective of the gender or service executed . I would not go there or recommend others to at all. Even downtown JC doesn’t charges it’s customers that much ! You should rethink about your model and really take the economy and circumstances of the world today into consideration !

I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by Aliana and needless to say, every step of the process, from the initial consultation to the tattoo, was a complete pleasure. Booking was completely seamless, interactive, and very flexible. The pricing is completely transparent, and the quality of the tattoo was far beyond my expectations. Not only was Aliana amazing, but the service provided from everyone at the shop was top-notch and completely professional. I am definitely gonna be back for more work! 10/10 recommend.

Came here for two tattoos with Sag and it was fantastic! The shop has such good vibes and everyone is super nice and welcoming - very casual and light energy compared to other tattoo shops which made it very relaxing an experience. Sag’s work is amazing and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

I had my hair colored by Michelle and she was an absolute joy to work with. She really understood what I wanted even when I didn’t know how to fully express it and with the pictures I gave her. Nikko first greeted me at the desk and gave me a great first impression of the place. The place was nice and clean, and the atmosphere was great. Even before arriving, the booking and consultation process was easy and painless. All around beautiful energy they have here, you’ll feel very welcomed once you come here. I’ll be coming back later in the year for a touch up and I cannot wait until then!

I got a tattoo from Aliana and I booked her 24 hours before so I was very appreciative of the flexibility as I was moving back to Los Angeles in the next week. She was precise, thorough, clean and very comforting! It was my first time getting tattooed by a woman and as a feminist Latina that was very important to me so I am glad I chose Aliana to tattoo the perfect Butterfly on my right arm (backside). Will definitely recommend the shop and Aliana to all my North Jersey friends. Thank you again!

Fait Maison is by far the best salon/shop I've been to. The vibe of the shop and the staff is very welcoming. The staff takes covid protocols very seriously- temperature checks, hand sanitizing, masks, and cleaning everything that has been used. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and professional. I've been getting my hair and lashes done by Michelle. She is simply amazing at what she does, she is extremely accommodating and always makes sure you leave with what you want and more. I have yet to get tattooed by Sag but will definitely be booking an appointment with him in the future. 100% recommend this awesome place!!

Great work on my sleeve but customer service is truly terrible. I worked with the main artist for several sessions in order to finish up my sleeve. My first piece was not finished since my skin started to show irritation. I felt so happy that an artist was considerate of my skin and we agreed to make another appointment. I decided to go in for another piece since I was so satisfied with the incomplete piece. We did another consultation and I felt like I was a nuisance. The main artist met me on his lunch break, didn't seem too interested in working on the having an actual consultation, but once I asked for a preview of the piece he confirmed it was doable. I followed up several days later with the receptionist and they basically said the artist may be too busy to give me a preview of the piece. This should have been a red flag but eventually the main artist sent me a copy of the design. I wasn't too happy with it and he drew another piece the day of. Since our last appointment ended with things being unfinished I asked the artist if he felt that he didn’t have enough time to finish then he should just do one part of the piece versus the entire thing I wanted. He expressed that it was doable and basically rushed a part of the tattoo to be able to accommodate both pieces. He was still unable to finish the whole piece that I was originally quoted for and I needed to make an additional appointment to finish both the first and this current piece. Once home I noticed there were several things I did not like such as, crooked lines, run off segments and overall I was genuinely unhappy and quite disappointed! I was also under the impression that both quotes have been paid off. Once my last appointment arrived I decided to bring it up. This is apart of my body and I wanted to feel proud of a piece I spent a good amount of money on. Once I got there I addressed my concerns, but felt like the artist was trying to blame everything on how the placement of the tattoo was a diffi

I love this place the atmosphere the staff THE MUSIC! the vibes are calm and relaxing I had an appointment with Aliana and I enjoyed every minute of my time there. Her attention to detail and communication with you makes you feel like you picked the right person. This is a place I’ll go to for now on
