I called before coming in and they were able to take me as soon as I got there. Meagan did a great job piercing my septum and really took her time deciding placement and talking every part of the process through with me. It was also really clean inside I would recommend it for nose piercings.

Zurdo is amazing! I give him 5+ stars. The reason for the 4 rating is the communication and professionalism of the ones scheduling the appointment. Our tattoo artist was changed last minute and he was an hour behind, which we found out 20 min before our appointment was supposed to start. We ended up waiting over an hour for our appointment and the people working didn’t say a word to us. I would definitely go back to Zurdo but would schedule directly with him, rather than going through the shop.

Walk-ins are welcome and I decided to get a few piercings done(limit is 4). Brittaney is fantastic! Super sweet, took the time to explain everything and the whole process was quick. Went in for the first time to get a few ear piercings together with my daughter who did a nose pierce, I liked that an appointment was not needed. A Lady by the name Of "MEG" took care of us, (must confess it was my first time getting a piercing other than the usual earlobe). I Got 4 and not gonna lie it did hurt like an MF (pardon my language) but MEG had amazing patience (LOL) In helping me to find the cutest earrings. She was also very gentle during the procedure and explained everything exactly how it went. I have already recommended her to a few friends. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON POINT 🎯😊. I really enjoyed my visit. My niece was getting her nails done next door and me and my sister decided to get pierced. We were waiting for my niece to finish her nails so she could get pierced too and the staff was AMAZING!!! Super helpful very attentive and they didn’t rush us out of the shop because we were waiting. We were there for about 2 and a half hours and finally when she was done it was time!!! Our piercer was so sweet and explained everything thoroughly. We love our piercings and I will always come back to get the rest!!! Customer for life!!!! Thanks BRITTANYYYY!!!!

I had another great experience at 7 Souls! After getting my septum pierced here last year, which healed beautifully, I knew I had to come back to get a memorial tattoo for my best friend. Zurdo was friendly, calm, and so professional. I especially appreciated that he had me check out the stencil from a few different angles to make sure it was perfect, and that he checked in with me during to make sure I was hangin’ in. I was in and out in probably less than 30 minutes. Libby was a doll and so professional. I got my nose pierced and she was super helpful and explained everything. I got a little dizzy and she legit fanned me until i cooled down. I absolutely will be going for a tattoo or other piercing. Definitely recommend this place, super hygienic and super friendly .

Arrived rather nervous to design my first Tat. Zurdo had time and said if you want it now, he was ready and willing to do it. So I got my first tattoo today! He walked me through the process and calmed me down enough to show me what it felt like. 4 hours later I have an amazing original piece that is quite large and really detailed. I could not be happier with his services. He is truly a very talented man! The atmosphere and energy of everyone in the building was incredible!
