Got my ears pierced by Ernest! I decided last minute to get my ears pierced so I called and asked if they had availability. The person who answered the phone said that Ernest was leaving at 5, so if I could go now I might be able to make it. On my way there, Ernest called me and said he would wait. I got there 5 minutes before five, and Ernest was so kind, professional, and fast! I’m really happy with the way he pierced my ears and it was so painless and clean! Would recommend to others and would go back for more piercings in the future! (:

I was told the man who does the nose piercing would be in Wednesday at 2 pm so we got there at 3:30 and he was gone already so a member of his staff said he would be in Thursday at 12 noon so we go back at 12:25 and guess what he’s not there again! so I told the member of his staff this is no way to run a business and he told me he’s the boss ( the man who wasn’t there again) and can do whatever he wants do you believe this!! so when he finally walks in 1 hr late he says he was stuck in traffic and he would give him a discount $10 don’t go there they are very unprofessional the place was dirty also do yourself a favor and find a different tattoo parlor there are plenty of them around

Ernie is amazing!!! My lobe was infected and the jewelry got stuck in my ear I got it pierced at a different shop 45 mins away and couldn’t make it there. My boyfriend and I decided to semi impulsively get some new ear piercings and we found this shop within walking distance so we called to make sure they were open and headed over. We had such a wonderful experience in this shop from start to finish. We were pierced by Ernie who did a great job making sure we were comfortable and was patient throughout the process. I got two piercings and after the second one I started to feel a bit nauseous and he knew exactly what to do and stayed super calm until I felt better.
