I got two piercings and my friend got two also yesterday. Joe was really great! He made the experience fun! I have a lot of piercings and all the previous piercers were really serious, which is good but a fun experience is the best. He really made us feel comfortable and when we bled a lot, he sat with us and waited until it stopped bleeding. He made conversation with us. Super great dude and great piercing experience! He made sure our piercings were straight and put them in places that were best suited for the area and for our looks

Kiki is the best at body mods! Knows her information and makes sure to get you in even if it is busy.

I have taken my daughter to get her 4th piercing from Joe Chavez as he is one of the best. I have also gotten more piercings from Joe. He is very kind, personable and makes you feel comfortable in the chair. Super clean and professional! He is honest about the quality of different piercings and which are best for your ears or body. Gives you all the pros and cons! He is excellent at his craft and I won't go anywhere else!

Went in to try and find a new longer barbell for a swollen, irritated piercing that was causing me a lot of pain, and the girl who helped me was awesome. She listened to all my concerns and helped me pick a cute set that turned out to be even cheaper than I was planning to pay. After less than 8 hours with the new bar in, I was already feeling significantly better and now, a little over a day later, the irritation has nearly subsided. Unfortunately I didn't catch the young lady's name and even if I had, my memory is a black hole where information goes to die, so if you're the nice girl with the sparkly pink shoes I complimented, I hope both sides of your pillow are cool and you wake up with nothing but good hair days. ❤️

Joe Chavez is amazing! Knowledgeable, clean and he explains the whole process to you. He also gives you his personal number to contact him with any questions. I am 100 percent satisfied. Also my least painful piercing so far. I would recommend him to anyone. All the positive reviews are true.

I brought my 11 year old daughter here for her ear piercing with Joe C. We had had a terrible experience with her ears getting pierced at another mall establishment 2 years ago and the infection lasted for months until I just let the holes close. Having them pierced by Joe was our 2nd attempt at letting her have pierced ears. He took extreme caution to maintain an aseptic environment. He did a great job at explaining everything before he did, was very kind and professional, and did a fantastic job with her after care. We highly recommend Joe and Factory Edge was recommended to us by a friend before we came in. We are very happy we took their advice!

Yes! Get your piercing(s) done here! I made the spontaneous decision to get my second ear piercing done, and Factory Edge was the only shop that could accommodate on a weekend. So grateful for my piercer Joe Chavez, who made me feel immediately at ease and clearly took such pride in his work. I am medical so can tell you his sterile technique was great. 10/10 would come here again to get any future piercings (or maybe a first tattoo??) done here - even though I’m coming all the way from Albuquerque! Thank you, Factory Edge! I love my piercings and they’re healing beautifully.

I have only had one piercing done here (by joe chavez) and had a great experience. It was my first nose piercing and I was nervous about it hurting because I hate needles but love piercings lol. Joe didn’t make me feel rushed and even showed me breathing techniques just incase. DEFINITELY 10/10 recommend coming here if it’s your first piercing or if the only thing holding you back from being pierced is the needles ( but go to get the rest of them too !! ) 😂

10/10 would recommend. I’ve gone here for all my piercings. One of my favorite piercers at Cottonwood location is Joe Chavez, he did my conch and he was super quick and helped me out when I didn’t know if I wanted a conch or a rook. Very clean studio and the employees are always welcoming and very helpful. Can’t wait to get my next piercing from them!

I've gotten all 9 of my piercings here and love them all, all done by Joe! That includes multiple lobe piercings, a helix, a septum, a bellybutton and a nostril piercing. They are all beautifully pierced and healed now and sit nicely. 110% coming back for my next piercing. I also got a Friday the 13th tattoo at factory and am in love with the line work and coloring on it. This is my favorite location to get body mods!! <3

Factory edge is a great place for tats and piercings!! Joe is my favorite piercer and does all my families. He was super chill and cool when i got both my nose and belly button done.

Took my daughter to get multiple piercings here. Every visit was great. The staff here are very professional. I highly recommend this place. Oh and Joe gets a bonus cause he’s a golfer. Keep up the great work!!

i got my nose and belly button pierced and my first tattoo (by rex) at factory edge. both my piercing healed perfectly and my tattoo looks amazing ! will definitely be getting more of each here in the future! :)

I had excellent help with Joe when I had my dermal pierced..Joe hwlpbwith some kind of instrument to get the stem part suck in my dermal.Joe could've just given up right away, he fixed it! Thanks Joe the best!!

One word…JOE. If your looking for a good piercer definitely go with Joe. He’s done all my piercings he’s such an awesome guy, very down to earth, super nice, and he always makes sure that you like where your piercings are at before he pierces it. All my visits have been the best because of him and I plan to continue my future visits at Factory Edge with Joe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This Factory Edge is the best one I've ever been to. Joe, who is the piercer, does such an amazing job and is an exquisite artist in his field. He is quick, precise and not to mention FUNNY. He will make you smile and will make sure you are doing okay before, during and after the piercing. One of the tattoo artists I highly recommend is Nic. Nic's work is completely outstanding. He knows what he is doing and the confidence he has in himself will also help with going to him. Nowadays people claim they're a "good" tattoo artist just because they have a tattoo machine. Nic is definitely one to be confident and to conquer any tattoo, wherever it is and whatever it is. Not to mention, everyone there are such good people and will help you with whatever they can to help and the merchandise is amazing!!
