I can not say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend Noel. He worked with me on a portrait of my cat I wanted done. She had just passed away and she was my 1st cat. Being my 1st black tattoo I was very nervous of the long term effects of the tattoo fading to a green shade or looking green to my eyes, so we chatted and worked out a shade that would work best for my skin tone and he was very patient. Everyone in this shop is very friendly and I just can not say enough good things!

Leroy is my favorite. I just moved to Wilmington about nine months ago. I’ve gotten four of my tattoos from him and will be getting many more from him. My tattoo came out fine but as a first timer for getting a tattoo I was intentionally ripped off. I was naïve and taken advantage when asked “how much do you think this should be”? For a medium tattoo with no more ink than a puddle my pinky finger can hold. Don’t get your first here. I regret it and it’s heart breaking when I’ve spent so much time and money getting my piercings here with people I thought I could trust.

If you are looking for a professional and trustworthy tattoo business this is NOT the one for you! We had a scheduled appointment for 2 tattoos and were asked to push said appointment back 1 hour due to artist Jimmy having an “emergency.” Upon arrival for our now 1 hour late session we were informed that Jimmy was running late working on a tattoo. When we questioned how it was possible that he had an emergency and needed to delay our appointment but was doing someone else’s we were told by an actually honest employee that the owner of the shop had been the “emergency “ tattoo that needed to be done. AND jimmy was going to be at least another 30 minutes late for our appointment. We said no thanks to this poor business. Tattoo shops are a dime a dozen, we only chose this shop due to our schedule availability as I live out of town and needed a Sunday slot. We are happy yo take our paying business somewhere else like I have 9 times before.

Had a fantastic experience with Jimmy a little while ago, he worked with a sketch I brought in and, honestly? Collab of the century. The tattoo is fully healed and looks just as good as it did when I walked out of the shop! My skin is very prone to scarring and I've had a few tattoos that ended up raised or formed small keloids, but Jimmy's skill has left my skin smooth and I couldn't be happier with the results. I absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I took my daughter to have her belly button pierced, she was super anxious but they were patient, talked her through it and made it a great experience. I had my nose pierced for the 3rd time following 2 botched piercings from other places. The placement was perfect, jewelry just right size, it healed so quickly, couldn't ask for better. I get a TON of compliments on it and always tell people where I got it done. I just took my other daughter to get her nose pierced and she had the same great experience. What I appreciate most about this place is how they manage clients and how CLEAN absolutely everything is. You can't just walk in. Don't need an appointment but you do have to call upon arrival, then they come out and get you when it's your turn. No groups of people hanging around inside, no 10 people watching 1 person get a tattoo. Everyone must wear a mask. The cleanliness of this place is so impressive. Everything is spotless right down to the floors. They take great pride in keeping a sterile area for each client and take great care to clean and disinfect every surface, instrument and area between clients. No rushing and cutting corners to get the next person in. If I ever decide to get a tattoo there is absolutely no doubt this is where I would go. Any future piercings for me or my family will be done here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Very quick and easy. Shop closes at 9pm and my friend and I called about 8:10pm very last minute and they were able to get us in without hesitation for two nose piercings. Piercing was very fast and facility was clean. Adorable aswell!! a highly recommended place I will definitely be back maybe for some tattoos in the future!!
