I can’t say enough great things about Shane! My best friend recommended him after her first tattoo by him. I’m so glad she did ! He’s the best of the best and the most genuine guy. He’s got the best talent around, hands down ! I’ve had several tattoos in the past and he is by far the most sanitary and the most patient tattoo artist. He’s not happy with his work unless you are. I was scheduled to get a tattoo from an artist at Dark Roots. The artist ended up moving shops before my tattoo appointment came up. She let me know days before Dark Roots did. Further, Dark Roots informed me they would only honor my deposit if I booked with another artist for another piece. Otherwise, the money was forfeit and I could not get it back . I find this to be a very questionable practice as they were keeping my deposit on a service they would not be able to render at all, and the only way I wouldn’t lose the money entirely would be to pay them more for another price. I can’t recommend them based on this experience.

Sabrina replied to my emails and questions promptly prior to my appointment. Very clean and well run! Nice shop that has a great vibe. Everyone was extremely nice and had a good attitude.
