Maddie the manager stated that a dermal top that was not properly fitted and then fell off could not be replaced by the company. This happened in less than 24 hours. She said she could charge us and do another one herself. No thanks terrible customer service. It was 17$ I think that would have been a nice way of saying thanks for your business. Thanks Maddie hope this reaches your supervisor

Had my daughters ears pierced here. There is a smell in the main part that I couldnt stand. That would be the only thing I could say other than an amazing place. The tech was beyond amazing. She was so patient and understanding. This will be my only place to go to for such services. I totally recommend anyone to this place.
