Unfortunately Alex has severe issues keeping appointments and only calls to cancel 1/2 hour or less prior, so If you have to make plans for taking off work or babysitters find a better more stable artist who actually keeps their appointments. He has cancelled every session scheduled. You can not count on professionalism at all! Sad and pathetic. Either become more professional or quit taking appointments!

I usually don't rate 5 stars, but she deserves every single star she was professional, she took her time to make sure everything was how I wanted it. Her watercolor technique was TOP NOTCH (will post picture when fully healed). They way she treated my niece so she felt part of this experience.her line work is amazing. She has just a gentle hand. Truly amazing. I found my tattoo artist. When I was telling her how I wanted this one tattoo, she didn't just say oh yes I can do it. She actually said it's not her expertise but referred me to someone who does hyperrealism in black n white. Instead of just trying it. I'm just blown away by my experience! A++++++++

My friends and I had no appointment but were able to be squeezed in. When we got there our piercer introduced herself and asked us what we were comfortable with. She was accommodating and reassuring and made us all feel very comfortable. On top of that our piercings turned out beautifully and exactly how we wanted. <3

Ellie is an amazing artist. She designed my tattoos based on components and descriptions I provided, and worked with me to tweak them how I liked. I'm really enjoying what she came up with and super impressed by the intricate, delicate line work and shading. All of the script and symbols are outstanding, so crisp and exact. She's also super easy to get along with and has a lot of emotional intelligence. She was so wonderful at making me feel welcome and encouraged me to do what I needed to be comfortable, such as having fidget toys, playing on my phone, and talk incessantly for more than a couple hours I'm sure. She has a lot of knowledge on a number of subjects and is fascinating to talk to, doesn't mind me reminiscing and info dumping lol. Studio seems clean and organized, fab vibe... I will definitely keep coming from out of town to go to this shop, and I can't wait to see the tattoo in my photo after she colors it! I took the best photo I could but it doesn't do all the tiny details any justice. Thanks Ellie!

I got my nips and my nostril pierced by Ellie. The whole experience was very nice and it was a great environment. I was offered snacks and reassured throughout the entire process. If I could give them 6 stars I would. My sisters and I wanted a last minute tattoo and they were able to squeeze us in and draw up exactly what we asked for. I went and got a tattoo at this shop and I.never got asked about having hepatitis c. And I told them as a precaution and they still continued to tattoo me. As I'm finishing my tattoo, I PAY my deposit for my next tattoo of 51 dollars. I called to reschedule my next appointment and I got no answer to my rescheduling, so I go in there and talk to them about it. So now they tell me that I can't get a tattoo because of my hepatitis c, mind you I already paid my deposit of 51 dollars. Now I can't get deposit back because I had to do there job and tell them I have hepatitis c. When they should have asked me before my tattoo and not worked me because of that issue. SO NOW THEY ARENT GIVING ME MY DEPOSIT BACK OR GETTING A TATTOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT GIVING THEM.YOUR BUSINESS, THEYRE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND THEY MIGHT ROB YOU OF YOUR DEPOSIT AS WELL!!!!
