IMO, Blaq Taffy is THE go-to tattoo shop in Grand Forks. My first trip into the shop was for a piece that would cover up an old tattoo and incorporate art for my son and youngest daughter. Sam was able to come up with the perfect piece for the cover. After this portion was completed, I thought I would go ahead and turn it into a half sleeve, again, he came through with some great ideas and flawless execution.
