Walking in felt clean and pleasing to the eye. Waiting room was so nice. Alia is the best person I ever met. Made me feel comfortable about getting my piercing. Took me step through step. She really knows what she is doing. Everyone that talked to me there was super friendly and really easy to talk to. I've recommended my mom to go to her since we had a rough time with our pervious piercings. She fixed it right away. I'm definitely coming back for my tattoos!

Talk about an amazing experience. Our daughter got a piercing on Sunday and was so happy and comfortable with her experience working with Alia that she encouraged my wife to go in and have her look at her nose piercing from another shop that wasn't healing. Absolutely no pressure to get service, but Alia was happy to look at it, educate us on what might be the cause, and provide options for my wife to consider. Because of her knowledge and amazing bedside manner, we felt confident with her recommendation and had her redo the piercing with a slight adjustment. The shop is beautiful and VERY clean. There were plenty of areas to wait as well as private rooms for services. Alia changed her gloves after she touched anything that was potentially not sanitized (way more away of what she touched than I would have been) and provided aftercare information and product. Couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely be recommending this business to anyone that is looking for service.

I got my septum pierced here with Alia. I would absolutely recommend her for all your piercing needs. I had my septum pierced previously from another shop and was deeply unhappy with it. I was very nervous to get it redone, but Alia took the time to make me feel comfortable, safe, and knowledgeable during whole process. By the time it was over I was beyond excited with how it turned out. You can really tell how much she cares about what she does. Her demeanor was calm and she had a great overall vibe. Pricing was a little higher than other places but the entire experience was absolutely worth every penny. I will definitely be back.
