my girlfriend got her doubles pierced and I got my left rook done! Sharon was great and the piercing room and area was cleaned really well before. this experience felt much more professional than the place I got my 3 most recent piercings done. both lobes were $60 including jewelry and my rook was also $60. cash only! my girlfriend has a fear of needles and she was offered sugar tablets and was understood as the piercer I think said she’s worked in the medical field/as a medical professional.

Had to get a neometal pressure lock nose ring taken out....I loved the nose ring but work wouldn't allow me to have it....the lady that helped me get it out was super awesome didn't hurt me and was I huge help!

Very unprofessional communication. I messaged the Facebook page to book an appointment for my first tattoo; responses were slow and not super helpful to a person new to tattoos but eventually I was scheduled for September 1st. There was no communication up until my appointment date - no instructions of what to bring, what to expect, etc. Not even a confirmation of my appointment. On the day of my appointment I checked their Facebook page and saw a notice posted that they would be closed for the week due to employees being sick or on vacation and that people with appointments should message the page to reschedule. I found it very unprofessional that they would close without notice and not bother contacting me to let me know. Had I not checked the Facebook page I would have wasted my time going to the shop. I messaged the Facebook page and still haven't gotten a response over 24 hours later. Definitely will not be going here.

my husband took me in as a birthday gift, we went with the apprentice deal they had going. Ricky ended up doing my tattoo, to help out since both apprentices had customers. He was great! He helped me decide on placement and he talked and joked with me and my husband. He made sure I was comfortable and gave me a minute to move my hand he was working on. I had walked in maybe a month before to talk to someone about a cover up (not this tattoo,) it was Ricky, he was friendly both times. Everyone me or my husband talked to was friendly, everything was clean, organized. We did not have to wait too long to be helped, and was taken back soon after.

Would not recommend due to bad communication and lack of being professional. Had to get our money back before the appointment even started. Also watched two other clients walk out unsatisfied with in the first 20 min of the place opening.

Everyone was so friendly. My daughter and I went for a tattoo. John our artist was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be going back again!!!
