I really really really liked the guy the pierced my ears he was personable & professional! (Most Important) I’m not familiar with how the piercing retail industry works. (I don’t know if you can bring in something you like - if it’s from another retailer or something you found online?) I didn’t really like any of the of the Jewelry options, so I have something in my ear that is so-so… The only thing that kinda rubbed me the wrong way is the check-out experience. Example: Jewelry was $65 Piercing was $35 Total 🟰 $100 + Tax Then the Card Reader gives you options for a Tip in Big font of 15% , 20% or 25% or the option of custom tip small on the bottom. (For the total amount with Jewelry.) I’m sorry but I’m not paying a tip on Jewelry that you are more than likely selling for a profit which nothing wrong with that it’s business… However, I’m more than Happy to Tip the person doing my piercing 20% or More! I just thought of all the OSU students or anyone that doesn’t catch on to that! -So do yourself a favor and get those calculators out or google the percent you wanna tip plus the amount! - Otherwise, I would suggest this shop to others! Jillian helped me and my 3 siblings work through the design process for memorial tattoos for our uncle and was able to pinpoint exactly what we each wanted, and created 4 separate but connected designs. She accommodated us coming as a group to get tattooed and reminisce about a very special person in our lives. The whole process was very healing for us and we can’t thank Jillian enough. Joe did a fantastic job on an American Traditional broccoli for me as a memorial for my pet that passed. His work is amazing and his passion for his art is inspirational! I got my ear lobes double pierced with Brody at the Summit Location- it was my first time getting them pierced as an adult (got my first piercings when I was a baby) so I was nervous had no idea what to expect. Brody was amazing! He was very comforting, professional, and informative of the whole process and aftercare plan, if you are getting a piercing I highly recommend him! As for the whole business, I can see why they are busy (I would make an appointment) the whole process from check in to getting the service is very smooth and every one is nice/respectful to all!
