I was very disappointed with my experience here. I saw Jake's profile and he did mostly portraits, but also specialized in horror. I scheduled a consultation with him to go over my tattoo idea which was a half sleeve that I thought he would be able to do. During my consultation, he sounded very confident that he could do what I was asking, which included biomech, a skin rip, some color, and a skeleton. I even made a comment that I was glad he took on my tattoo because it wasn't exactly his normal tattoo. I paid the $100 deposit, we scheduled the 1st tattoo appointment for a few weeks later.. That day rolls around, I go to the shop, wait a few minutes for him to come over and show me what he drew up. The first thing he said to me was "So, I don't do color." This caught me off guard, because he had made NO mention of this during our consultation? When he showed me the iPad with the design, I was very surprised to see it was nothing like what we talked about. No color, no biomech. I was honestly very confused. I've never had an experience like this with an artist where the tattoo that was drawn had NONE of the elements discussed during the consultation. I'm very disappointed because I felt like he simply told me what I wanted to hear to get my $100 deposit, then tossed a skull on a big black background with some lackluster skin rips 5 minutes before I walked in. I really feel like I got scammed out of $100.

Logan is an incredibly talented, super professional artist. Studio is amazing, clean and very welcoming. With so many different tattoo shops nowadays it’s hard to choose, and I’m happy to say he’s made a customer for life. So far have gotten a beautiful large sleeve that exceeded my expectations by miles, I absolutely plan on coming back again and again.

I would like to be able review their service, but I can't, as we never got to that point. So I guess my review is just for communication. They don't do walk-ins so I submitted an appt request through their site on 1/3, they sent a link back to their client portal site to fill in my info. I did that, never heard a word back, sent another message on 1/8 through the portal, no response. Next I sent a message through their facebook 1/10 to followup, Zaine said they would tell the artist that I wanted, Angie, that they have a request. Sent another FB message w/screenshots of the client portal msgs on 1/12, no reply. So either I'm being ignored as my tattoos I want are small and not worth their time, or their site is broken, if that's the case they should stop using it to book appts, it's not working, and they don't take walk-ins so I assumed they wanted me to use the portal to set this up, but this has all rubbed me the wrong way, so after wasting 2 wks being patient I give up, I'll go to another shop :(

Hello it's a great place where I got my tattoo and it's not there fault that the other customers want big tatoos, that's why it's takes a long time to get a response

Contacted them about a tattoo and they never got back with me about setting up an appointment. They always seem to be closed when I drive by their establishment. Not worth it
