After a terrible experience with a different shop, I wanted to get a matching tattoo with my sister but didn’t know who to trust to get it done. Was told to walk in at 12pm on a Saturday and they could do a forearm piece that I was looking to get done. I walked in around 11:55pm and they told me they were all busy and didn’t have time today to do it. Very frustrating and horrible communication.

Booked an appt with Lauren who seemed confident in doing my coverup tattoo, she took down my name & number at the time along with a deposit. A month later, days before the appt we exchanged texts & her response was rude. The day of appt when I showed up the owner told me she had something come up (understandable) but apparently she couldn’t get ahold of me? So he gave her my number for the 3rd time…She then contacted me & we agreed on a later time that same day. Shortly after I got a text cancelling saying she didn’t feel like she could do a good coverup and was refunding my deposit. Dishonest, unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
