Jack? Is that the ginger? Yea I think he pierces with a blindfold on or maybe closes his eyes or something, pierced into my tongue web and the person after me completely diagonal both resulting in removal. Does not tell price upfront. Aftercare? Pft who needs that apparently! No refunds for a god awful piercing but "I can redo it for you" do you genuinely think somebody who has seen that you can't pierce whatsoever wants to be pierced by you again? I've also heard from several other people that he messed up their piercings all resulting in removal so I mean if you want a terrible piercing or want to waste your money, that is the only time I would recommend you to Atlas:) And I'm not the type of person to leave reviews ever.

I have been to the shop about 30+ times. Every single time I’ve had my expectations met and then some, Hayley does most of my tattoos- and is AMAZING- her artistic talent is literally insane. Tony has done a few as well- and is so talented as well, Jack the piercer has done many a piercings for my friends and family and does a great job. Everything is clean, quality, and well priced. 10/10 recommend. I will never goto another shop for anything

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today. My husband called to get a quote and was apparently told a quote for one ear only on and the price on the phone was $25-$40(depending on cash/card). Even though we told them it was for a little girl, still not telling us it’s more for 2 ears pierced. It’s a shock when you are told the total after the piercing is done it’s double what you are expecting. I am disappointed with the price and know you will spend $35-$40 each ear!! Almost $80 for a 7 year old to get her ears pierced!! I would have been happier to know this instead of being misled. The one thing I was happy with is the smile on my baby’s face after getting her ears pierced!! Please know that the price is double what they tell you!!

We had an excellent experience with our piercings. Very clean, excellent customer service, and thorough after care instructions. Staff was great with my 7 year old who got her ears pierced and my sister and I had an excellent experience with our nose piercings as well. Would definitely go here again.

Got my daughter’s ears pierced there this afternoon. She is seven and getting her ears pierced for the first time. They were rushing us seemed annoyed when I didn’t like the position of the piercings, they were respectful overall. and the biggest disappointment was we called prior to arrival to have the right amount of cash because there are no fees for cash but there are for the card. They quoted us $35 with jewelry on the phone multiple times. That is per ear and not once was that mentioned and when i was upset at check out they got snippy with me because somehow i was suppose to know that was one ear. I understand changing for each piercing but say that, be clear on the phone when we asked multiple times so we can bring the right amount of cash. Very disappointing.

I would never use this business after witnessing one of the tattoo artists posting pics someone sent them asking for a cover-up in an ink shaming group on Facebook to make fun of them. Unprofessional and gives all tattoo artists a bad name. Not someone who deserves your money Edit: the post was deleted with no accountability taken and anyone pointing this out as unprofessional were muted or banned. Once again, not someone who deserves your money.

Do NOT go to Hayley if you're looking for a professional artist who will not judge your past tattoo faux pas. Really unfortunate that a supposed professional would take a potential clients request for a coverup to Facebook group "That's It, I'm inkshaming. (Actually Bad Tattoos)" and brag about how it was something they declined.

A few months ago I emailed an artist here about getting a half sleeve. I had a three previous works from this artist, so I had a lot of loyalty to them. We emailed back and forth about what I wanted and set a date. When that date came the artist had a family emergency and rescheduled about two hours from my appointment. We rescheduled for the next week. The day of my tattoo, my artist sent me the design with the preface that he didn’t think it worked well. He also failed to include my existing tattoo as I prefaced in our original consultation. He sent a mock up of a tattoo he thought worked better (still failing to include my existing tattoo, which he deemed impossible). I agreed that I would rather have the rough draft of a tattoo he sent and he said that the design”might” not be ready by the time of our appointment. I live an hour out from the tattoo studio so I drove down anyway. When I got there I asked if he was ready over email to which he replied that he wasn’t. Over the next few weeks I emailed him 3 times. I asked about rescheduling, I followed up, and I finally asked if he still wanted to work with me. He completely ghosted me and didn’t reply at all. Over all I lost my $60 deposit and was completely ignored. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been through. I don’t recommend this studio at all.
