Dewey is a master artist. The work he does is jaw dropping. Once my piece is finished I'll post up a picture. Shop has a great vibe and I would refer anyone to him who wants unmatched quality.

My husband and I have been going to Dewey forever seems like,he is amazing I hope he never stops tattooing,because I wouldn't go any where else,he is funny too,big plus he makes my memorial tattoos unfortunately have a few,makes them special and is so caring we love you Dewey!

This post is going to span three separate trips. My first ever experience going to eclectic was 5 years ago, where I met Brian Harris and he did my first tattoo(Joker). I was very happy with the work done. Jump ahead 4 years, at this time I had finally talked my sister into going. Although doing so with the expectation of seeing Brian once again, we found out he no longer worked there. Ideally the first experience made it clear we should still aquire the services here. My sister went and recieved her first tattoo (paw print heart) from Jason and she was equally as happy. This led to our most recent venture back to eclectic to get a second tattoo each. Both of these tattoos were also done by Jason. I have to say I am glad I've had the opportunity to be tattooed by two spectacular artists. Brian was great and some of those who had the ability to see him share my opinion. As for now don't hold off on getting a tattoo from Jason. Clean, professional and all around a great tattoo shop from my past experiences.

Went to Jason Shaw to get a tattoo for my fiance. Got us in and out super quick. Very clean establishment. Jason and Dewey were both friendly and chill. The tattoos came out just like she wanted. 10/10 would definitely recommend Eclectic Tattoo and Jason Shaw.

Had an appointment at 4 and arrived 15 minutes early. Was greeted at the door immediately. Jason Shaw did my tattoo and he was very professional. Would highly recommend him.

Duane is a local Icon. I would consider him an OG of our time. This man has been an artist inside , and out of tattooing for a very long time. He is everything you need in a tattoo artist. He will morph , and can morph to any style. It’s comforting leaving him in your hands, no matter what you ask for.

I received a tattoo during the Halloween flash sale. I was excited to get one because one of my really good friends goes to Rie and gets all of her work done by her. I normally don’t even leave many reviews because I’m in retail and I know people can complain about things that don’t matter but maybe my review will help provide constructive feedback, and that’s my only goal writing this. I had made a comment in the beginning about how tattoos weren’t typically my thing and I got a remark back ‘well nobody is forcing you to be here friend’. Right then and there I wanted to walk out of the shop because I don’t appreciate condescending tones when I’m being spoken to, and basically being told I can leave if I wanted to, especially getting a service I’m paying for. My whole goal was to get a cute & cheap tattoo done, specifically to see if Rie would be a good fit to get some bigger pieces done in the future as I’ve been interested in potentially getting more done and want to be comfortable with the person tattooing me. After already paying for the entire tattoo in the deposit, it would be silly of me to walk out after paying for a service and then not receiving it. I know in my profession, speaking to customers/clients that way isn’t acceptable and I didn’t appreciate it. I decided to still get the tattoo done and overall it is very cute, but for a simple piece with no shading and just line work it was sloppily done in my opinion. It’s very obvious it was being rushed and you can tell based on the quality. I had a huge piece done by another tattoo artist quite a few years back that is predominantly line work and it was done amazingly. So I know what a good tattoo looks like. I should have honestly left after my initial first impression, and that’s my own fault. I just plan on taking my future projects to someone who will treat me more respectfully and be more patient with me since I’m newer to getting tattoos done.

Rie is the best. She helped me to bring my idea to life and made it even better- also her attention to detail is unmatched. So happy I found her and can’t wait to go back for more! The shop was very clean and maintained, overall was a super comfortable experience. 100/10

Got some scars covered up with butterflies. But not all scars can be covered so nicely, I am very lucky. Looks so freaking nice.
