Owner has a hard time with consistency when it comes to scheduling/booking. After waiting 3 months to hear back from her, (after I was told only a few days), while seeing others getting tattooed between that time, I decided to take my business elsewhere, and only got a response back after expressing my disinterest. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend her anymore even though previous work that she’s done for me was great. Her bf, who’s also an artist there, is rude and I’ve heard him call her terrible names during a phone call at one of my appointments. Hopefully she does better for future clientele. I have found a different artist who’s more consistent and does better work. Good luck. P.s. She may offer you free work after so many inconsistencies but in my personal opinion it should never get to that point.

The artists there were very kind, professional, and welcoming. They always made sure I was comfortable. I even enjoyed the music that they played during my session. Cassieal is amazing! She has done very meaningful tattoos for my family. My husband lost his mom to Covid this past year and the detail she paid attention to in her handwriting was amazing. We are always comfortable and she even allowed us connect to her Bluetooth and we listened to 80’s and 90’s music while getting our tattoos. She is priced very competitive and there is no one else we would go to to get our tattoos.
