Really nice piercer, she was quick, clean and made the whole process inviting. Even though we didn't have an appointment, she got everything set up and going super fast. In an out in 20 minutes. That might not always be possible given that they might be more busy some days but I appreciate her fitting us in.

My daughter received a belly button piercing & I received a forward helix. The lady that did the piercings got little to no tissue on my daughters piercing & it had to be removed. My forward helix or what was suppose to be a forward helix was rejecting. Went to a more professional place & was told my ear would split if it fully rejected due to the poor job that was done. I would definitely give this place 0 stars for professionalism, cleanliness & knowledge of piercings.

AWFUL PLACE, gave ZERO aftercare! i got my belly button done about a month or so ago and their regular piercer wasn’t there then the lady that did my belly button piercing cut me with the clamp and then didn’t get any tissue. my new piercer told me it was going to reject & tear if i didn’t remove it and let it heal!! my mom got her ear pierced and the lady didn’t get any tissue at all of hers and it was rejecting and tearing. do NOT go here!!!!!

I’ve been here twice, first piercing has been in for 6 months & still looks great! Second visit back was not so great after getting piercings though. The piercer did exactly what I asked for, made sure I was comfortable & was able to answer any questions I had, however, within 3 days my rook piercing fell out while I was sleeping and could not get it back in & then my helix piercing fell out 2 days later. I was luckily able to get an earring back in my helix but am worried that changing the piercing too soon will infect or irritate my ear and I’ll have to eventually take it out :( the jewelry selection was good but I am a bit disappointed that I paid $75 (not including tip) & both my piercings fell out within less than a week.

had to come here for a jewelry change because la’rox had messed me up and the lady “fixing” them put giant horseshoes in my fresh piercings. i thought it was common sense you can’t put rings in a fresh piercing, and, not in a vertical labret at all. i’m concerned
