I got my daughter's ears pierced yesterday, and it was a great experience. I do think you should let your customers know they will pay an extra 3% if they opt to use a credit card. You should let them know when you book an appt. I would have brought cash had I known.

I took my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. Amanda and Destinie were incredible with her. She was nervous, and they took their time to explain everything and put her at ease. I’ve pretty much been living here this year! Amanda and Destinie are both amazing and very knowledgeable. They will both tell it like it is and if your anatomy won’t work with a piercing, they won’t do it just to take your money. They’ve pierced my 12 year old daughter, my mother and myself this year. 10/10, won’t go to anyone else. I’ve had four tattoos done this year between Madi and Jonathan and they’re both fantastic. Everyone here is very friendly and fun to be around. Highly recommend!

I got my 🍒 pierced at flatline by Dani and she did such an awful Job that I had to come here. Destinee was extremely kind and comforting and did everything she could to ease the experience of removal and advised me on when to get them repierced. I have never had such a positive experience in a parlor and i have 5 tattoos and 3 piercings all done at different places besides 2 of my tats. I will be returning once they have healed to have them redone here. Cant recommend enough.

Amanda & her apprentice are the only reason this review even gets 1 star (5 stars for you two!!). Amanda is the most knowledgeable, thorough, considerate, and kind piercing artist I've ever encountered! While I chose not to get pierced, I watched my friends' experiences and have never seen such a smooth process, even in all my own piercings throughout the years. Thank you, Amanda! You made up for the rest!!! @david_hek_1 receives zero stars. If I could give negative stars, I would. This tattooer was the most unprofessional person to me. My friend is now going to have go to her regular tattoo artist to fix this horrible work. The very simple piece she had done by this tattooer was uneven and needs touched up. It was noticeable as soon as the covering was taken off. (I am not new to the world of tattoos, as I am literally tattooed from head to toe! I know how the process should be, and I have NEVER been spoken to by a tattooer like this in my life!) Not only were you a very rude, condescending, dismissive, and an unkind person to me, you couldn't even tattoo a simple piece for my friend. I planned to use this company's business, but you are the reason I will never step foot inside again, at least while you attempt to tattoo there. BE A BETTER PERSON! Listen to your client and who they are speaking to; this was uncalled for. Thank you to everyone else who helped make it a good experience for my friends!
