Got my nose pierced here in 2019. It fell out last year and I decided I wanted it re-pierced. Well let me tell you that my piercer didn’t even have to use a needle. He was able to put a ring back in with NO ISSUE. It’s a little sore, but nothing compared to getting a fresh piercing. This place is definitely a great piercing shop which is why I came here again the second time around. It’s quite a drive for me, but it’s definitely worth it.

Took my daughter in to get her ears pierced. They were BUSY (expected on a Saturday) but ALL the staff were SUPER patient with everyone. Answering everyone's questions 100% professionally. They were getting people thru the line very quickly. It was a great experience. My daughter's piercer (I can't remember his name, sorry) was fantastic. I'm SO HAPPY that I ignored her aunt and took her here instead of some place in a mall.

I was so impressed with this place! Hygiene and sanitation is a priority. They are very organized and professional in their treatment of all their clients. The actual people who do the piercings are knowledgeable and informative. My 9 year old daughter was put at ease when getting her ears pierced. No issues afterwards. You do have to wait a while because it’s so busy all the time and they don’t do appointments but they keep things moving at a decent pace. Highly recommend.

their website says specifically “We take our last procedure one hour prior to closing.” they close at 7pm on sundays. i came in at 5:30pm and waited 15 minutes just to get turned away. so is the cut off an hour before you close? or do you guys just ignore customers in the lobby until you can get as close to that hour mark as you as you can?

Absolutely terrible service and experience. Came in to get new jewelry for my philtrum and another piercing to match my left side that is already pierced. Lady at the counter immediately tried to show me jewelry that was 100 dollars or more when I asked for cheap options. With some prying she showed me things under 50. I go back in the room to get pierced, and the piercer was not planning on telling me that she was piercing my body in a gauge bigger than the one I already have. So wrong. How is that appropriate, and refused to do it in the correct for my body 14g. Though she informed me because she peeled some plastic back on the needle pack for the wrong gauge, that I still have to pay the 30 dollar piercing fee. I go up front to the counter for my refund and even she stated why not pierce it at the 14g, so it was because of her personal refusal and my refusal to get pierced disproportionately that you are owed my money? It felt like stealing straight up. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ridiculous quality of service. Do better.
