Terrible customer service. Can't even get a reply from them. I'll take my money somewhere else. You should too. Regardless of the type of business common courtesy should be priority #1. If they can't reply to a simple text message to earn new business, what's the experience going to be like when they've already taken your money?

As soon as I walked in I was greeted, super chill down to earth artist who love what they do. Super clean environment with good music and conversation. My artist did about a 9 1/2 hour tattoo on me and made sure I was good the whole time. My artist was AD. Great dude and would recommend him to anyone. Communication is terrible, great artist don’t get me wrong. Been trying to get a tattoo finished for months, but they act like they cannot reply to a text. Also don’t buy the 1200 all you can get sesh. Complete waste of money, your art will not be done when you arrive and you’ll be waiting an hour or two. Completely unprofessional
