I got my first ever tattoo from Charly with my cousin. It was overpriced and the design was just pictures from the internet, we didn’t get to talk to the artist about the design at all it also wasn’t what we asked for. He rushed through both of our tattoos.The tattoo scarred my skin as well as my cousins!! It has gaps, dude doesn’t even know how to do line work. His Instagram is deceiving, if you get him literally just leave the appointment you’ll save your money and your skin. Now we both have to get it completely fixed.

I haven’t had any issue with this place so far but I’m just a little hurt that I can’t even get a retouch up done one my tattoos I got from nick cause he’s gone ! Sucks because they’re minor touch ups. Plus I was never told that hand tattoos are not included in free touch ups :( I had an appointment set up and with an artist who strictly doesn’t work on hand tattoos everyone was so confused, but I was very specific on it being a hand tattoos. Again I love the work I’ve gotten from this place. I have gotten a tribute tattoo here and it’s my favorite one but I really wished I could have gotten my babies names looking right.

The employees at the front desk are very arrogant. Went in with my family and we all wanted 1 small tattoo. When I mentioned that I previously got a bigger tattoo at that shop for roughly $60 less than what they were quoting me, they got defensive and made it seem like I didn’t know what I paid during my last visit. When I respectfully declined for us to get our tattoos done because not only are they crazy overpriced, but the guy at the front desk was acting annoyed because my mom was asking questions, they didn’t say a thing to us when we got up to leave. My family and I are German and primarily communicate in German, so I’m not sure if the stand off-ish attitude was because we are foreign or they treat everyone like that. This shop and their pricing was not a good fit for us, and the minimal hospitality that was there when we entered the shop flew out the window the second we weren’t on the same page. All 3 of us left genuinely shocked at how we had been treated since this place generally has good reviews.

If you go here, avoid Eric Inclan, he’s a “guest artist” and he was so rude, made you feel dumb for asking questions, didn’t execute parts of the tattoo very well and was totally full of himself, the whole experience was awful. The other staff that I interacted with seemed nice though.

Let me start off by saying I’m not new to getting tattoos. Originally I had walked in to get a small walk-in tattoo. Then I met Ben. We had a talk about a sleeve I had been wanting to get for a couple years now. I pulled the trigger and don’t regret it. Ben is very knowledgeable about his profession. His color work is amazing. He is also a very considerate and helpful person. With his help we were able to design a sleeve that was uniquely ours. I look forward to completing it everyday and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a sick tattoo!

I will preface this review as inherently mixed. My first tattoo was received a couple years ago, that experience was excellent and David Yubeta is a wonderful artist to work with. My second experience is what changes this review and is why I will no longer return here to get my tattoos. Not only was I overcharged for a very simple design, I then received rushed, sloppy work from your guest artist Charly. I’m going to get it touched up at another parlor now that it’s been some time. I wish it was a happier farewell, but with something I’m putting on my body forever, there are not second chances.
