Clayton is an amazing piercer! Very patient, sanitary and communicates everything! I have been to a lot of tattoo and piercing shops that are so uncomfortable. This place was NOT like that, very inviting atmosphere. Took my daughter to get her helix pierced, the piercer explained to her what he was doing, and made sure she was comfortable. Their customer service should set the bar for all other piercers. Every time i’ve gone i’ve been served by their main piercer and he is the kindest dude ever. He talks you through it and makes sure you feel comfortable. I refuse to go to any other piercing shop again after coming to Zoo. they’re super good with questions over the phone too, which is very helpful.

I got my septum pierced and I’m so happy I heard of this place. I was so nervous that I would not stop talking. None the less his apprentice and him answered every single one my questions. From beginning to end he explained everything. He even showed me the size differences. The piercing itself didn’t hurt. It’s two days later and it doesn’t hurt or anything. Feels almost normal. The shop is super clean and definitely a vibe. I recommend to everyone and will get the word out for sure. Edit to add: he just messaged me to make sure everything is going well. Saturday my son decided on a whim he wanted to get his ears pierced. So, after doing some research we decided we would check this place out. I’ve been pierced at other places over the years and haven’t come across a better place! Took my son in to get his ears pierced and there were other people coming in to get jewelry changed out. They had gotten pierced recently at another place and experiencing issues with that particular piercing. Clayton took his time in checking that piercing out even though it wasn’t done there and made sure everyone was fully taken care of. He took his time making sure my sons placement was perfect before actually piercing him. Clayton made sure my son was comfortable the entire time. He made sure I was happy about everything prior to moving forward. The care and attention to detail he puts into his work is amazing. He gave very detailed instructions on after care and provided information for 24/7 after care service if we have any questions or concerns for later. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!! I will be coming back when I’m ready for my next piercing!
