Found this shop online. After reading the reviews, I called and spoke to the owner. Very nice and professional lady. She even was patient with me, while I was trying to decide a time to come in. She provided me her number and told me that I could contact her through text, once I decided. We ended up going to the wrong shop. They were understanding, and did not rush us to get to the correct location. Jason did my piercing. Very friendly fella. He explained what to expect before, during, and after the process. His execution was quick and easy. He made sure to explain after care instructions to me. He had no problem taking a look at and discussing an arm tattoo that I am seeking to get redone. He never made me feel rushed. By far, my best piercing experience. Clean, comfortable shop. Professional, with great customer service.

I went in about a month or so ago and had my daith pierced. Well after them not telling me how to clean it I have been cleaning it how I thought I should with warm salt water. Well it has been infected for a little bit now and not getting any better. I can not get them on the phone to see what I need to do.. I will NOT go back to this place. Their customer service skills are lacking.

Do not go here!!!!!!! ** Update! This was NEVER offered for free. The guy was nice, but the piercing fell out after 3 hours and they want to charge to re-do! The guys Wife, that portrays herself as store Manager,t but is doing more harm than good, is impossible to deal with. I called Saturday, after I had it done, due to not having anymore business.. They were closing early, so they couldn't get me in. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!

This was my daughters first tat and Jason was so awesome with both of us. The atmosphere was so fun, laid back, friendly, & clean. Our experience was A+++ Starting with Jen getting us booked to Jason creating beautiful artwork that holds special meanings for my daughter and I. The other staff was also great.
