This place is a joke. i paid $125 for simple stars on my hand and was promised free touch ups. i have gone in twice trying to get just a couple of lines fixed and no one will help me because the guy who originally did it didn’t come in. this place is extremely over priced and the people are rude. go to monolith instead it is worth the wait and you won’t be charged a ridiculous price.

The people at the shop are nice, but if one of the artist doesn’t usually do color they need to tell you that before they start tattooing you. The artist ended up going to deep into my skin cause she wasn’t familiar with color. We also had an appointment for a scheduled time and they didn’t start tattooing us till an hour and half after our scheduled time.

The shop itself has such an amazing and welcoming vibe. The front desk gal (didn’t catch her name but had green/black hair) was so friendly upon check in. We had an appt scheduled for 2:00. We waited for a while. She said our artist Brian must have stepped out for a smoke or to get food. She tried calling him and texting him. Nothing. We waited until 3:00 and Brian showed up and said he needed to eat and asked us to come back in an hour because he had to finish the tattoo he was working on (even though he’d been out of the building for 45 min). We said we had already been waiting an hour. He didn’t apologize or anything and seemed annoyed we were even there so we left. So disappointing and unprofessional. Again, front desk chick was so great. I feel bad she has to deal with that.

Walked in to schedule a consultation, waited patiently for 10-15 min with multiple people walking by and ignoring me. Felt like I was not welcomed. So I ended up leaving after 20 min of standing around and STILL not helped or acknowledged. Very disappointed on how unprofessional it was.

I bought a gift card for my sister and she just received a simple tattoo by an artist named Kat. The lines are horrid very low quality work with many mistakes. I feel bad that I ever purchased a gift card for someone else at a place like this. So disappointed that 100 dollars were thrown away for bad craftsmanship. Artist should be ashamed.
