Selina is amazing! She is an incredible artist and person. I felt so comfortable in her gorgeous studio. I loved spending the day laughing and talking with her while getting an incredible tattoo. She was so patient with me while coming up with the exact design. Jaiden was also helpful and informative, and it felt like a true collaboration! Her room is comfortable, inviting, and filled with a large collection of special decor and trinkets. She is super personable and makes the whole process a breeze! I've gotten several tattoos from Nic over the past few years and his work is often my most complimented of my pieces. He's SO great to work with and has a wonderful down-to-earth vibe. Thousand perfect recommend. I've also gotten a few pieces from Jaiden and am in love with her fine line and delicate artistry. She recently worked with me on a vegan themed knee piece that I'm obsessed with! I appreciate her ability to work collaboratively and feel lucky to be walking around adorned by such lovely art form many of the shop artists. Everyone at Subrosa are such kind and talented humans. The wait time is SO worth it when you're receiving high quality work and working with kind and respectful artists who take the time to listen.

I’ve been getting tattooed by Nic since 2016. I’ve seen him grow as an artist and have always had an appreciation for his art and tattoos. He is incredibly professional, talented and most importantly always makes you feel comfortable when getting tattooed. Everyone at the shop is so amazing and it’s definitely well worth the wait to get on anyones schedule. Lots of these artists are booked out for months and if that doesn’t speak for their artistry or talent, I’m not sure what will. I appreciate that they’ve set a more private scheduling / booking process, as it really lets them concentrate on their art and tattoos. I highly recommend Nic, Evan, Maya, Josh, and Jaiden for your next tattoo. The shop is clean, welcoming and super comfy.
