Definitely will be going back to get more tattoos! She is absolutely talented and quick and so nice. Very friendly and precise. Amazing detail and personalization to pictures in her book or whatever you want drawn up. Cant wait for my next one!

Got a tattoo on my foot a few months back and Ashley told me if I had any troubles with it to come back in and she would touch it up for me for free like every other tattoo artist on the planet. I reached out to get it touched up and someone texted back, pretty rudely might I add, saying that they don’t do free touch ups on hands or feet because they don’t hold ink well in the first place. Honestly, if you’re not going to honor what you say, you shouldn’t be in business. Customer service was lacking in this conversation/transaction. Will definitely be taking my business and money elsewhere.

Got my first tattoo from Ashley here, she did amazing and her art is wonderful, a very easy person to talk too, and even if you don’t want a tattoo and ur a skater you gotta give it a look. You won’t regret it.

I went on fairly short notice (day before) for a rather large cover up. I received excellent service, everyone was super friendly and when I went the next day for the tat, everything was set up and ready for me. And my cover up looks amazing, you can't even tell it's a cover up. I would highly recommend!!!

Tina was BEYOND amazing. me and my boyfriend twanted to get a tattoo while in oregon, she was so fun to talk to and did such an amazing job with our tattoos we are obsessed. When we come back to oregon we are absolutely coming back to Tina.

Our tattoo artist did not do our tats exact. She was sweet tho. I am not saying that I am not happy. Your response really was not what I was expecting. Sorry you feel like you are not good enough. That was not what I was saying, all I said was... they are not exact. I love my tat..

I went into this tattoo studio very excited to get some work done, but more than a month after going in to set up an appointment I still haven’t heard back from them about an appointment time. Don’t come here for reliable booking or trustworthy scheduling.

Took my fiancee in to get a tattoo an although busy Ashley and the team did amazing to keep everything organized and timely. Tina did her tattoo and she had a wonderful experience! We really appreciate it Black N Blue!

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely the best tattoo experience I have ever had!! Ashley is a quintessential artist and truly has an eye for detail. She is gentle and it's obvious she really puts care into all of her work. She also made it so much fun! Even if you aren't getting a tattoo done, you should still check out her entire shop. It has a ton of really unique pieces. From clothes and jewelry to vintage cameras, and of course lots of art. I wanted to buy everything and could totally spend a full day looking through her collection. I cannot wait to go back!

Ashley was so much fun, super talented, and extremely patient with our group, as two of them were tattoo virgins! So glad that we were able to squeeze into her schedule, and get to meet her. The shop is also homey, comfortable, and clean. Would completely recommend!

I can’t recommend Black N Blue Tattoo enough. Very clean, welcoming environment. Ashley is a 10/10 and was super laid back and a awesome. A top notch artist and was very accommodating, I def won’t go anywhere else.
