First, I'll say that Steve is extremely friendly--I appreciate that. Other than that, this was one of the worst tattoo experience I've had. I scheduled the appointment through the booking software he asked me to use; I showed up on time. I called and texted several times when he wasn't there, and eventually he called me to let me know he was running late. By the time he arrived it was at least 1.5 hours after the set appointment time. He lowered the cost of the tattoo as a result, which I appreciate. Tip: If you schedule with him, don't schedule for any time before noon. During the actual tattooing process he stayed focused for small spurts of 5-10 minutes, then he went outside to smoke or to get his lunch; so, what probably should have been a 1.5-2 hour session ended up being over 4 hours. The quality of the tattoo is much lower than I expected, especially in comparison to the several other tattoos I already had. When he started to tattoo me, the first thing that happened is the needle skipped, so I have a random dot right next to the actual tattoo. Beyond that, the line work is horrific. Lines are uneven and inconsistent (you can see this in the photo, where some lines are too thick, others incomplete, and others somehow became a set of three lines where just one line should be); colors are inconsistent, and some coloring extends outside of the black lines. While it was happening, I was hoping this was more or less a sketch, and that he would smooth everything out. I was wrong about that. When I left, I was hoping that it would start to look at least somewhat better when it healed---I was wrong again. At the end of the appointment he told me I should schedule a touch up appointment, but I didn't want him to make things any worse. Thankfully I found another artist who has agreed to make an attempt at 'fixing' this tattoo. I want to emphasize, again, that Steve is a really nice guy, and he's funny, and he seems to genuinely care about what he's doing. I really ho

I don't want to have to leave this review. However future customers need to know. First off...the guy is great. Super sweet and not a shy spot in his bone. Can get along w anyone. He got me in quick, but now I wished I had waited. It's been 3 weeks and I have lines that have faded already, a letter that is crooked and I now have to go to another tattoo artist who has to do touch up and overall I will be paying more than what I had intended to and anticipated on. It's sad especially when he knew how deeply I felt for this tattoo and how special I wanted it to be. When it came time for my tattoo, super light hand-yes. Couldn't feel a thing. I should have known, as I have 7 now 8 tattoos that it should have been covered up. Was not. My return appt which I thought would be done before I left town to color the flowers and to make the letters black, I waited 2 hours and he never showed. One excuse after another. 2 hours which he never showed. Unreal! I had to reach out to him on numerous accounts. I'm mad that he'll make it up by finishing my piece at 1/2 off...but no way. I'm done. And I way overpayed and as a businessman he won't do what is right, and give me some of what should be payed back. I honestly feel sorry for the man...as you see beautiful airbrushing work in his office. But, this is not the time to be dealing with him. This is stuff that's not erasable. It's a story for most. Business elsewhere in a few weeks.

Steve was amazing he got my brother in at 8:30 in evening. I got mine done and his hands were so light I felt very little pain. It was the best experience in regards to getting a tattoo that I've had to date. . Nice guy and his artwork is absolutely amazing. Will be going back for more for sure. Thank you Steve

Great experience. We called yesterday and were able to get an appointment today for both my mother in law and myself. Steve took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure we liked the design and colors. It was a really laid back environment and the conversation was great and made the time go by fast. We both got tatoos in painful areas but he had great technique and it didn't end up hurting that much. The price was good for the high quality and I felt respected as a client.
