Took alot of time to drive to the shop , it wasn't close to us , the initial experience when we walked in was nice , helpful and friendly, they gave us a card for the best artist for our situation, we contacted him as instructed by email with all of the details,weeks go by and he never contacted us in anyway , they told me, the customer to be patient, which I was , I understand it may have been months to get the appointment, but zero reaching out by the artist after 3 weeks shows arrogance and a complete lack of customer service , so of course I would not reccomend them. In response to your response, you NEVER communicated it could be months , I responded rudely after your awful customer service.Just take ownership of your bad service , I'm actualy a very reasonable and patient person , again you wont take full responsibility, shows your arrogance and immaturity. There are hundreds of tatoo shops. I'll find one that isn't disrespectful to customers time.

I got some flash tattooed my Makayla and it was such a great experience. It was my first time in the shop and I'm glad I found it. Great space and everyone was kind. I always let my artist know that sometimes I get lightheaded when being tattooed and Makayla was so cool and checked on me throughout the time and I was so relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend!!

I cannot believe it took me a year to write a review about this place! I first went here in January/February last year to meet with Reece, one of their tattoo artists at the shop. In the past year, I have had four epic animal tattoos on my arms and across the chest, all thanks to Reece! He is one awesome dude, who will be transparent about your vision and will tell you why this or that has to happen regarding tattoo designs, etc. I truly appreciate this kind of communication! In addition, the climate is pretty friendly and chill - the artists would look at each other's works in progress and being supportive and all of that. You will feel at ease from entering through the door to having your tattoo finished for the day. Check this place out - you will not be disappointed!

Expect to over pay for an infection, Aaron francione did my tat and a couple days later the entire tattoo turned in to a rash😠 worst tattoo experience in my life...NO it was not do to improper care on my part and after I came back to see why it was happen I was told to stop using the proper aftercare regimen that was giving to me....worst tattoo on my body......
