My wife and I got tattoos here a few years ago and we took our son there to get his first tattoo and they are so good at what they do and treat you with respect and appreciate you and your business. We will be going back to get another tattoo at the end of the year.

Some of the worst business practices I have ever come across in 39 years. First stopped in and talk to a guy named Dan. Showed him exactly what I wanted. He said he would be in touch within a week. Never heard from him so I stopped back in the shop. They said he would be in on Friday that week. I left my name and number again. Never heard back again! Reached out to him on Instagram a couple times. He read my messages and never responded. Then went back to shop again to see if a different artist wanted to do the tattoo I wanted. I spoke with Danielle showed her via pic and video exactly what I wanted done. She said it would not be a problem at all. She said she was a month wait and I agreed. Here we are a month later now she says she cannot do what I want and that I should find another artist. So 3 months from stopping in venue tattoo here I am with nothing but "sorry". If you want a " No Regurts" tattoo this is YOUR place. If you want real art from people who conduct business the right way please.dont waste your time. What a joke!

Ronnie is one of the best, if not the absolute best, piercers for children I’ve ever met. She set aside a whole hour for my 7-year-old niece to get her ears pierced, took the time to explain to her every tool and every step, and was so incredibly kind and wonderful. My niece had a perfect piercing experience and I could not thank Ronnie enough for being so thoughtful and considerate. 11/10 would recommend Ronnie for everything from children’s piercings to adults. :)

Veronica Munster did my septum piercing here in early August of 2022 and she was wonderful!!! I actually have a pretty bad fear of needles and this is my first non-earlobe piercing, and she did an amazing job at 1) calming me down and 2) walking through every step of the process to help me continue to stay calm. It was quick, pretty much painless, and 5 months later it’s still looking and feeling great! She also was extremely helpful when I messaged on instagram asking about some cleaning specifications, and gave me great advice about a glass retainer a few months later when I needed to get an MRI. It was a great experience, and if I ever want to get another piercing, she will be first on my list of people to go to!

The house piercer is a class above what I was accustomed to a decade ago. This was a wonderful experience for my sisters first snake bite. Everything was fantastic getting my nostril piercing done here quite a few months ago. The piercer and other staff were wonderful, professional, and friendly. Only a few issues I’m running across now. I had come in with 1 nostril piercing on the other side already. I requested the same gauge I had (which I mentioned the size) for the other side and for them to be even, obviously. My stud fell out today (no biggy those things happen) only to find out it’s not the gauge I requested. I was told the uneven look was due to swelling but after a few months the swelling has gone down and they are very much uneven. I was just gonna change out my jewelry with what I had to make the illusion that they’re even, only for the jewelry I have to not fit.
