Rachel is very professional and personable. She helped me to develop a meaningful memorial piece for my brother and was able to get me in ahead of schedule by offering slots in cancelled appointments. Her studio is clean and cozy. She is clearly passionate about the work she does.

I have gotten 2 tattoos from Rachel and plan on getting many more. Her work is absolutely amazing, but what really makes her special is that she truly cares about you as a client. My most recent tattoo that she did was to honor my dad. It was a lettering piece and I didn't even realize that the letters were off center and not even (in the picture I sent her). It was a very minor detail that I never would've picked up on, but Rachel spent hours manually realigning the letters to make sure they were perfect. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a tattoo.

Rachel is the best. She worked on reinvigorating and reinventing one of her very first tattoos today. Her shop is so peaceful, working while listening to a curated Spotify playlist that I can tell she works hard on. The gun she uses is next level. Quiet and relatively pain-free. Her inks are bright and of great quality. She even helped develop an aftercare line that's even used during the tattoo! It took me a long time to find the right person for my first tattoo. Coming in at the higher end of my 50's I only had about 40 years to think about it. I feel lucky that Rachel was the person I actually got to do the work. I caught a glimpse of a Fire and Ice Phoenix tattoo and had to find out about the artist. I looked through her work and was very impressed, so I figured I'd give her a call. What impressed me more was the fact that she interviewed me. She wanted to know why I wanted the tattoo and why she should do it. It really helps the artist find out about their future canvas. Once it was determined we were on the same page there was the consult. This is where the ideas are bounced around. I went in with on thing in mind, only to see a better vision which is now on my arm. Through our sittings I learned a great deal about Rachel. A single mom raising two smart and talented kids. She's kind, as she looks to help others. Rachel’s attention to detail is impeccable!! A couple years ago I met rachel for a consult. I was in school full time and by the time I was scheduled to sit with her, I would have a full time job so her timeline worked perfectly for me! We worked together with my idea and her artistic skills to customize exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a Scarlett red rose for my daughter and some other flowers but wasn’t sure which ones. Rachel suggested violets because they are the birth month flower for my daughter, February. By the time I left the consult I knew exactly what I was going to get when it was time for my appointment. If you want a good tattoo, you absolutely have to plan for it. Let me tell you SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT!!! Every session I sat with her I was amazed with the quality of her work. Her lines are precise and her coloring is the best I have ever seen. I am SO happy with my piece and it came out exactly like I wanted it to. Honestly, it came out better!! The realism of the flowers and details in them are unmatched by any tattoo I have seen or gotten in the past. Sitting with Rachel every 2 weeks was such a pleasure, she’s so sweet and down to earth. I feel very fortunate that Rachel took me as a client. I initially reached out to her because I was looking to have a detailed black and grey memorial tattoo done and of all the portfolios that I looked at, hers was the most impressive. I came to Rachel for a fix-up of a cover-up. The original tattoo was black covered by black and gray. The cover-up was poorly done, and it was obvious the artist wasn’t interested in the tattoo. I came to Rachel for a consult and instantly knew she was the right artist. Her passion for art and tattooing is unmatched. She was booking out over a year at the time, but I decided to stick it out because I wanted a tattoo I loved. Let me tell you. Rachel didn’t disappoint. She took a dull, black and gray tattoo and turned into a colorful masterpiece. I hated my old tattoo and wasn’t proud to show it off. My new tattoo is more than I could’ve ever imagined.
