Good work. Ive been disappointed before to get small tattoos in the Charleston area that i've had my tattoo guy in myrtle beach fix them. I gave it another try though and I found Holy city just looking at their work online I was going to go with brittanie. Brittanie did fantastic! Super chill, steady hand, straight lines! and stays focused while being spoken to when she's tattooing that's what I liked that she didn't steer away from her work until she got that line done or that part shaded in. So end result was great. Sorry your back was hurting but I appreciate your back suffering for an hour. I'm Happy. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Charleston.

I absolutely love HCTC and all of the artists there! Everyone is so nice and welcoming there. Brittanie has been my artist since we moved here and I am SO glad I've found her! She's so patient with me, such a great artist, and is absolutely amazing to work with. I get compliments on my tattoos daily! She's captured every part of my tattoos exactly how I imagined, my half sleeve looks perfect, and the cover up / thigh tattoo we're working on is coming out beautifully, she's freehanded part of it and her artistry skills are incredible. Jason (the owner) is an excellent human, I've seen some incredible work from him and from Margo, Elias, and Ashley. Margo did a little flash for my sister in law and it was SO clean and incredible.

I got tattooed tonight by the absolutely lovely Brittanie! I got the cutest little traditional locket on my forearm and she couldn’t have done a better job with free styling a portion I had a shoddy reference picture for, AND also made it look BETTER than what I showed her. I’ve gotten tattooed as well by Amber in the past and I get compliments every single day and will forever recommend both of them. Even the atmosphere was so positive and made me feel incredibly comfortable when it’s common to feel uncomfortable when needles are going into your skin, haha! Finally, the rest of the artists and staff I’ve met are equally as amazing. Thank you so much Holy City — I will be coming back!!

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Darius Daniels! Over our spring break vacation, my sister and I were looking to get matching tattoos. We did not have any idea where to go, so we looked at the best rated places in Charleston. We saw HCTC highly rated, and decided to give them a call. Luckily, Darius had a cancellation, so we were able to go in within the hour. The woman working the phone and counter was very nice, I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. We showed Darius our inspiration photos, and he designed two pieces unique to what my sister and I wanted to coordinate. Each of our tattoos took about 20 minutes each. He had enough time for another piece before his next appointment, so he also did a flash piece on my brother in-law! In full disclosure to aid in a complete review, the prices of the tattoos were $150, $150, and $160 respectively. I would have never expected such amazing line work and an overall amazing experience from a walk-in appointment. It was a very positive experience and I wish I lived closer to see him again. He was very patient - as my mother was also in the shop - and he answered all of her questions about the tattooing process. He had a very upbeat and fun attitude, overall great dude! The following photos are my sister and I’d coordinating pink promise tattoos, and my brother in-law’s skeleton fingers crossed tattoo.
