Horrible customer service and non-existent follow-up. I contacted Jennifer based on a referral from a neighbor in the Fall. It took her the better part of week to return a simple email. After discussing what I wanted, she initially told me it would be after the first of the year, however, she would likely be able to fit me in sooner. No problem so far. January came and I reached out to her to ask about scheduling. No response. I called the shop and apparently she doesn't take calls nor messages. I emailed again. Nothing. So, I'm glad she's so busy that she can afford to do this, especially to referral customers. I had budgeted a significant amount of money ($10K +) since i thought I'd found THE artist based on her work. I'm not some guy with stimulus or tax return money, I am a professional career person with significant income. If you're seriously considering this place, save yourself the time and aggravation and disappointment and find another shop. Even if you have to go out of town to find an artist that will honor her word, return messages and follow through.

Simply put...Jennifer Sellers is AMAZING! All of my tattoos mean something to me and I chose Jennifer to do the one that means the most to me, a tribute to my kids. I recently went to Lady Liberty to start working on a sleeve piece I have been wanting to get for what seems like forever. It had been a few years since the last time I had any work done, so I made sure to take time to look up different artists portfolios and shops in the area. I was specifically looking for someone that has good line work and a wide selection of styles down. I came across Jennifer in my search, and was able to schedule my first session around Thanksgiving. What I can say about my experience is that she was very friendly and comfortable to be around, had an excellent selection of music on her playlist to zone out to, and did an awesome job on the piece itself! Jennifer was also excellent at communicating before the appointment to make sure I was ready to go, and even touched base with me post tattoo to check in on how it was healing up! I am super excited to be coming in later this month to finish the coloring on this piece and can't wait to schedule out the next piece after with her!
