NOT ALLOWED ZERO STARS Unfortunately Ashley is working through much larger projects at this time and isn’t interested in taking this on. If you’d like we can keep you on her waitlist or we can see if another artist is willing to get this done for you! After over a month waiting to be acknowledged this is the response I received! Basically my design wasn’t worthy of her time and effort; nor I the time to speak with about it! Do as you please but I will never associate with this business since I’m obviously not worthy.

If there were 10 stars I would give this place 10. I was a walk-in on Sunday morning. First tattoo in my life. I was greeted by Lee behind the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. Answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Zack was my tattoo artist and although mine was a simple design, he took time to educate me on the process, asking me questions, and making sure I was comfortable. Thank you for a great experience. I am certain I'll be back.

My first experience here with Kevin was great. However, after he left I decided on a different artist for my second piece, Lindsey. I wanted a tattoo memorial for my dog that passed, and our consultation was fine. It was odd, though, not to receive an image of what it would look like the day of. Come time to get it, it was haphazard and looked like she took 5 minutes to draft it. After not being able to figure out a way to improve it, she simply got up and left without saying a word! Incredibly indecent behavior that was not warranted at all. Shall not be coming back.

At the start I had a great experience. The artist was awesome and the work she did do looks great. However I missed an appointment due to work and now they are refusing to schedule me another appointment to finish the tattoo even after I offered to pay for the missed appointment and pay ahead of time for the next appointment. I’m now left with a half finished sleeve and have to find a new artist to finish the work this shop started. Crazy. So beware, they have no problem leaving you with unfinished ink and won’t hesitate to leave you hanging.

The staff is very friendly & professional. We wanted to get small tattoos during a weekend stay in Greenville, we walked in & the receptionist told us they were booked for the day but put our name down on the cancelation list. She called us back within 30 minutes and said they had an opening. Lindsay did our tattoos quickly and they are so cute! I was recommended to check out Main Street Tattoo - specifically the Mauldin location. I've been to dozens of tattoo shops throughout the united states. I've quite a few pieces from different tattoo shops all over the united states California, DC, NY, etc, some work done in short a session and some with multiple long sessions. While attempting to discuss artist selection with the person behind the first divided counter - "we don't have any artists books in the shop. All the work is online..." While trying ask a suggestion for an artist to talk about an idea for an artistic custom lettering piece (after all tattoo is art isn't it?), I was interrupted again, "Anyone can do lettering anywhere, just go onto [some suggested website] and pick out a font. Anyone can do lettering anywhere." So much for discussing collaboration. Remember, picking a tattoo artist isn't picking celebrity. I guess this is your shop customer service. This was the first tattoo shop to ever be rude to me. I was in store for less than 3 minutes. This happened tonight 8.24.2022 just before 7pm. The store sign on the front of the building is hours later than what google states.
